Who decides refunds
Class fees are paid to the teacher or tuition centre, so refunds are decided by them. Ask your teacher or centre first. Their refund rules should be shown on the class page or told to you when you join.
Wrong or double payments
If a payment was recorded by mistake, the teacher or centre can cancel the receipt with a reason. The cancelled receipt stays visible so everyone can see what happened.
Payment slips
When you upload a bank-transfer slip, the payment counts only after your teacher or centre approves it. If a slip is rejected you will see the reason.
If you cannot agree
Contact us using the email at the bottom of any page. We will help both sides talk, but we cannot force a refund from a teacher or centre.
