What we keep

Your name, email, phone number, classes, attendance, fee records and receipts, and files you upload (payment slips, teacher documents). We also keep a log of important actions and your IP address for security.

Why

To run your account, show your teacher or centre the records they need, let linked parents see their child's records, send alerts such as fee reminders and absences, and keep the site safe.

Who can see it

Students see their own records. Teachers and centres see the students in their classes. A parent sees a child only after the child shares a family code. Uploaded slips and documents are private: only you, the teacher or centre concerned and the site administrator can open them.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can change your details in My Profile. To delete your account or ask what we hold, contact us. Some records (such as receipts) may be kept where the law or a teacher's accounts require it.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Uploaded files are checked and kept outside the public web folder. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account was misused.
